This is the last Will and Testament of me William Ludbrook of Grafton Regis in the County of Northamptonshire made this twenty six day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofor I appoint my wife Charlotte Ann Ludbrook to be my Executor and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give and bequeath unto my wife Charlotte Ann Ludbrook the two houses situate in Grafton Regis Northamptonshire and all remainder of my property unto my wife the said Charlotte Ann Ludbrook and also the furniture of my house
