I, Ralph Henry Fenwick Lombe, of the Manor House, Grafton Regis, Stony Stratford, in the County of Northants, Esquire a Lieutenant - Colonel in His Majesty's Army (Retired) hereby revoke all former Wills, Codicils and Testamentary instruments made by me, and declare this to be my last Will I DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all the Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal to which I may be entitled, or which I may have power to dispose of at my decease, unto and to the use of my Wife, AUREA OTWAY LOMBE absolutely. AND I APPOINT her Sole Executrix of this my Will. IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty eight day of February One thousand nine hundred and twenty five.

Signed by the Testator as his last Will in the presence of us present at the same time, who, in his presence and at his request, and in the presence of each other, have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses.
