This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Linnell of Grafton Regis in the County of Northampton Farmer I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid by my Executors hereinafter named And after payment threrof I give and bequeath the residue of my personal estate and property whatsoever and wheresoever unto and equally amongst my six children Mary Linnell Henry Linnell Emma Sarah Barratt (wife of Abraham Barratt) John Linnell Elizabeth Jane Linnell and Helen Linnell And I appoint the said Henry Linnell and John Linnell Executors of this my Will hereby revoking all other Wills In witness whereof I have hereunto set and subscribed my hand this twenty ninth day of April in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and eighty two

Signed published and declared by the said Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time Henry Linnell who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses Ellen Freeman Folkstone E Swinson Harris Stony Stratford

Proved 14th December 1883 by Henry Linnell and John Linnel the sons the Executors to whom Administration was granted
