Brafield John Cooke 1911

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Cooke Brafield of Grafton Regis in the County of Northampton Farmer I revoke all former Wills made by me I appoint my sons Charles Brafield and Harry Brafield to be Executors and Trustees hereof I give devise and bequeath to my Executors all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever Upon trust to convert into money such part thereof as shall not consist of money and out of the proceeds and my ready money to pay the legacies all free of duty namely to my sons John Cooke Brafield William Rolfe Brafield and Thomas Brafield the sum of £40 each All the residue of my estate after payment of my debts & funeral and testamentary expenses to be divided equally between my other children Charles Brafield Harry Brafield Annie Cooke Amy Alice Weston Mary Clarke Sarah Clarke and Elizabeth Brafield in equal shares In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 19th day of October 1910

This is a Codicil to the last Will and testament of me John Cooke Brafield made the nineteenth day of October One thousand nine hundred and ten I desire my Executors named therein as soon as conveniently may be after my decease to pay off the note of hand at the Towcester Bank for which I am Surely on behalf of my son John Cooke Brafield such sum to be paid for my said son's benefit and not to be recoverable from him by my Executors and the legacy of Forty pounds given to him by my said Will not to be affected by such payment In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty fifth day of October One thousand nine hundred and ten
